Clubs, Academies & Schools

Turn your club’s identity into a professional keepsake.

We are your club’s soccer publisher. Books to keep on the shelf, printables to use on the field. Choose a title from our library of journals and stories, take our ready to print resources, or bring us an idea we have not made yet. If it helps your players, your coaches and your families, we build it.

How we do it

  • Instant professional identity. Your crest, your colors and your name on every cover. Our titles become your club’s official books and printables.
  • Fully customizable interiors. Add your own pages: squad photos, club history or tactical rules. You can also include sponsor ads to make the project self-funding.
  • Optimized for your budget. We tailor the content to your program. Remove pages to match your season length or your budget, keeping only what matters most.
An example: your crest, your club's name and your colors on the cover.

Questions clubs ask us

Tap any question to read the answer.

Will the kids actually use the Training Journal?

The biggest challenge with any journal is keeping children engaged. If every page looks the same, they lose interest. That is why our books evolve with the player.

  • Seven phase progression. The journal is divided into phases, so players feel they are moving through a roadmap instead of filling in repetitive pages.
  • Gamified experience. Each phase includes a Star Challenge: activities, mysteries and missions that keep the experience fresh.
  • Visual achievement. Players complete their club crest as they finish each phase, which builds a real connection with your club’s identity.

We do not promise that every child will complete every page. For those who do, the journal becomes a permanent record of their work.

The journal does not create the improvement. The player and your training do that. The journal makes it visible. At the end of the season it is not just a book: it is their season, in their own words.

Does using the Training Journals create more work for our coaches?

It does not have to. Coach involvement is completely optional, but we designed the journal to be a bridge between coach and player.

Each of the seven phases includes a page for goal setting. Our suggestion is simple: occasionally sit down with a player for five minutes, look at their goals together, talk about what they are doing well and pick something to work on.

Why this matters

  • Personal connection. Five minutes of individual attention build trust and make the player feel seen by the coach.
  • Life skills beyond soccer. Setting goals, tracking them and looking back at them is a routine that helps children long after they leave the field.
  • Zero bureaucracy. No app to install, no data to enter and no weekly reporting for your staff.

The Training Journal is not another administrative task. It helps your coaches mentor players without changing the way your club already operates.

Why paper instead of an app?

We are a no screen solution for the field.

  • Cognitive impact. Writing by hand, in a journal or on a printable sheet, makes a player slow down and think. It creates ownership of their thoughts in a way that typing on a screen never will.
  • Durability. Paper does not need a battery, and it belongs in a soccer bag.
  • The physical record. An app stores data that eventually disappears. Our resources become a physical record of a player’s season. Years from now, they will still have their own handwriting and their memories on those pages.
We have players of different ages. Will the same resources work for all?

Our Training Journal is made for ages 6 to 12. At the younger end they may need a little help from a parent. At the older end they work on their own.

For other needs or specific age groups, our printables are the flexible alternative: branded, professional material for particular coaching moments, across every level of your academy.

We already have our own development system. Why add this?

You do not have to change a thing. Our resources complement the way you already train and manage your players, they do not replace it.

Whether you use a digital platform or your own methodology, our journals and books add a physical layer to the player experience.

  • From digital to tangible. Apps are good with data. A physical book belongs to the player: a place to set personal goals, think about their effort and keep a record of their season in their own handwriting.
  • Branding and values. It puts your club’s values and identity in the hands of your players and their families. A keepsake that stays in the home, not an icon on a phone.
  • Zero conflict. Our journals sit alongside your current system. They cover the player’s own journey and memories, while your coaches stay on the tactical and technical work.

And if a Training Journal is not what you need right now, we have other soccer books and printables that can carry your club’s colors and crest: a season end award, a holiday gift or a welcome pack for new families joining your academy.

Does the journal have to match our exact season?

No. The journal adapts to your program, not the other way around.

  • The complete edition. 35 practice logs and 35 game logs, divided into seven balanced phases, to cover a long season or a full year program.
  • Your club edition. We tailor the page count to your schedule. To keep the seven phases balanced we work in multiples of seven and round to your nearest number. You tell us how many sessions to cover and we adjust the edition before printing.
  • The benefit for you. You do not pay for blank pages your players will not use, and the journal is timed to your club’s calendar.
Can we add our own pages and custom material?

Yes. The book is made to look and read like your club’s own publication, not like ours with your logo on it.

  • Custom cover, included. Your club’s name, colors and crest. From the moment a player sees it, it belongs to your academy.
  • Custom interior pages. A welcome message from the director, team and squad photos, club history and values, the way you play, and sponsor pages that let local partners fund the project.

How it works. If you have the material ready, send it to us and we include it. If you need it designed, our layout service starts at $15 per page.

What if we only need a few copies?

There is no minimum order. With a small number you have two options: our books with our standard cover, or a personalized edition. Tell us how many you need and we work out the cost of both.

Can we order more journals later in the season?

Yes. Rosters move and new players join all year, so you can reorder whenever you need more copies.

  • How the price works. Each order is a separate print run, so the price per copy follows the quantity of that order.
  • Our advice. Add a few spare copies to your first order to cover the players who register mid season. They come out cheaper there than in a small reorder later.
  • And if you run out. Tell us and we get more books into your players’ hands.
Can we see a physical sample before placing a bulk order?

A single personalized copy is possible, but the setup of a print run makes it uneconomical: often more than $100 for one book. There are two better ways to judge us.

  • Order our standard edition on Amazon. The best way to hold the book: the format, the interior and how the seven phase system works. Our club editions are printed on professional grade paper, which may differ slightly from Amazon’s standard printing.
  • Ask for a digital preview. We show you how your crest and your colors look on the cover and on your custom pages.

Either way, you know exactly what the content and the layout look like before we produce your club edition.

Where are our books printed, and what is the turnaround time?

All our books and personalized editions are printed in the United States, which keeps production standards high and shipping reliable for every club we work with.

Production and delivery times

  • Standard turnaround. Our usual production and delivery time is 15 to 20 working days.
  • Express option. If you have an urgent deadline, an upcoming tournament or the start of a season, we produce your edition in approximately 5 working days at a higher price per copy.

Logistics

Shipping costs are calculated on the quantity ordered, the final page count of your edition and the delivery location.

If you are working toward a date you cannot miss, tell us before placing your order. We check the printers available at that moment and find the best option for your timing and your budget.

How much does a Club Edition cost?

Every club needs something different, so there is no single price. As a reference, our 132 page full color journal starts at $7.50 per player, and black and white editions cost less. The final figure depends on three things.

  • Quantity. As in any print run, the bigger the order, the lower the cost per copy. The more players you have, the more you save on each book.
  • Page count. You only pay for what you use. A shorter journal for a ten week season costs less than the complete edition.
  • Logistics. Shipping is calculated on the weight of the order and where in the United States it is going.

Get a precise quote for your academy. To give you an accurate price per player we need three things:

  • How many players, or how many copies.
  • How many practices and games the journal should cover.
  • Where the books should be delivered.

Payment: 50% when the order is confirmed and 50% when it is received.

Request a custom quote

Does the club have to pay for the books and resources?

Not necessarily. There are several ways to fund the journals, books and printables, depending on your budget and your goals.

  • Registration and welcome packs. Include the cost in the annual registration fee. The books become part of what every player receives when joining the academy.
  • Direct sponsorship. The way to a zero cost project. A local sponsor covers part or all of the cost, and in exchange their logo and message appear on the cover, the back or on their own pages inside. For a local business, that is visibility in a book families keep for years.
  • Fundraising and resale. The club buys at the bulk rate and resells to families with a margin. Your players get the book and the club gets a new source of income.
  • Family funded. The cost per player is offered separately, for the families who want it.

A smart investment. Our books cost less than a pair of soccer socks or a single tournament fee, and they leave the player with a record of the season that lasts long after the gear no longer fits.
